- All artwork orders require 15 to 30 days for processing and shipping
- Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and received in full
- This timeframe accounts for careful preparation, professional packaging, and secure handling of delicate artwork
2.2 Why This Timeframe? Our extended processing time ensures:
- Proper inspection and quality verification of each piece
- Professional-grade packaging to protect artwork during transit
- Coordination with specialized art handlers and carriers
- Adequate time for custom or made-to-order pieces
- Careful documentation and authentication processes
- Secure handling of fragile and valuable collectibles
2.3 Estimated Delivery
- The 15-30 day timeframe includes both processing and shipping
- Actual delivery time may vary based on your location and shipping method selected
- International orders may require additional time for customs clearance
2.4 Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your artwork is dispatched
- Track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website
3. SHIPPING COSTS
3.1 Initial Shipping (Artist Responsibility)
- The cost of shipping your purchased artwork to you is handled by the artist or Paninap Art Gallery
- Shipping fees may be included in the artwork price or displayed separately at checkout
- The artist or gallery bears the cost of initial delivery to your specified address
3.2 Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)
- If a return is approved under our Return and Refund Policy, YOU (the customer) are responsible for ALL return shipping costs
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed
- You must arrange and pay for return shipping using a trackable, insured shipping method
- The artist or gallery does not provide prepaid return labels
3.3 Cost Breakdown Summary
- Shipping TO Customer: Paid by artist/gallery
- Shipping FROM Customer (Returns): Paid by customer
- Restocking Fee: $50 (deducted from refund for approved returns)
4. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
4.1 Domestic Shipping (Within the Philippines)
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within Metro Manila and major cities
- Provincial Shipping: Delivery to provincial areas may require additional time
- Shipping method is determined by the artist or gallery based on artwork specifications
4.2 International Shipping

- International shipping arrangements are made by the artist or gallery
- Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility
- International orders may take longer than 30 days due to customs processing
4.3 Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping options may be available for select items

- Additional fees may apply for expedited processing and shipping
- Not all artwork qualifies for expedited shipping due to size, fragility, or preparation requirements
5. PACKAGING AND HANDLING
5.1 Professional Packaging
- All artwork is packaged using professional-grade materials designed for art transportation
- We use protective wrapping, cushioning, rigid backing, and reinforced containers
- Fragile items receive extra padding and "Fragile" labeling
- Large or valuable pieces may be crated for maximum protection
5.2 Packaging Standards Our packaging process includes:
- Acid-free tissue or glassine paper for direct artwork protection
- Bubble wrap and foam padding for cushioning
- Rigid cardboard or wooden backing to prevent bending
- Moisture-resistant outer packaging
- Secure sealing and reinforced corners
- Clear handling instructions for carriers
5.3 Return Packaging Requirements When returning artwork:
- You must use packaging materials of equal or better quality than the original packaging
- Artwork must be protected to the same standard as when it was shipped to you
- Inadequate packaging that results in damage during return shipment is your responsibility
- We recommend retaining original packaging materials for potential returns
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS
6.1 Carrier Selection (Initial Shipping)
- The artist or gallery selects reputable shipping carriers experienced in handling valuable and fragile items
- Carriers are chosen based on reliability, tracking capabilities, and insurance options
- Specific carriers may vary depending on destination and artwork specifications
6.2 Carrier Selection (Return Shipping)
- You are responsible for selecting a carrier for return shipments

- Signature confirmation
- Experience handling fragile items
6.3 Carrier Responsibility
- Once artwork is handed to the shipping carrier, they assume responsibility for safe transport
- All shipments should include tracking for transparency and security
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery Address
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
- Address changes must be requested before shipment; changes after dispatch may not be possible
7.2 Delivery Confirmation
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value items
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package
- If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup or redelivery instructions
7.3 Delivery Issues
- If your artwork does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve delivery issues
- Provide your order number and tracking information when contacting us
8. RISK OF LOSS AND INSURANCE
8.1 Transfer of Risk (Initial Shipping)
- Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
- The artist or gallery may include basic shipping insurance
8.2 Insurance for Returns
- When returning artwork, YOU are responsible for purchasing adequate shipping insurance
- We strongly recommend insuring return shipments for the full value of the artwork
- You bear all risk of loss or damage during return transit
- Insurance claims for return shipments must be filed by you with your chosen carrier
8.3 Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Initial Delivery: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
- Report any visible damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours
- Do not discard packaging materials if damage is suspected

- Customs clearance times vary by country and are beyond our control
9.3 Return Shipments from International Locations

- All return shipping costs
- Proper customs documentation
- Any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment

- It is your responsibility to verify that your purchase can be legally imported to your country

10. OFFSITE TRANSACTIONS WITH ARTISTS
10.1 Artist-Managed Shipping
- For offsite transactions (direct purchases from artists), the participating artist is solely responsible for all initial shipping arrangements and costs
- The artist determines shipping methods, packaging standards, and delivery timeframes
- Paninap Art Gallery has no control over or responsibility for artist-managed shipments
10.2 Return Shipping for Offsite Transactions
- For offsite transactions, return shipping policies are determined by the individual artist
- However, customers should expect to be responsible for return shipping costs
- All shipping-related inquiries, issues, or claims for offsite transactions must be directed to the artist
10.3 Gallery Disclaimer
- This Shipping Policy serves as general guidance for offsite transactions
- Specific terms may vary by artist
- Paninap Art Gallery has no liability for shipping issues related to offsite transactions

11. RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURES
11.1 Obtaining Return Authorization
- Before returning any artwork, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Returns shipped without an RA number will not be accepted
- The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package
11.2 Return Shipping Requirements When shipping returns, you must:
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Purchase adequate insurance for the full value of the artwork
- Package the artwork securely using professional-grade materials
- Include the RA number on the package exterior
- Provide us with tracking information once shipped
- Retain proof of shipment and insurance
11.3 Return Shipping Costs
- You pay all costs associated with return shipping
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the artwork is damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling, you bear the loss
12. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
12.1 Refused or Unclaimed Packages (Initial Delivery)
- If a package is refused or unclaimed, it will be returned to the artist or gallery
- You will be responsible for any return shipping costs incurred
- Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages will be issued minus return shipping costs and a $50 restocking fee
12.2 Incorrect Addresses
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery
- These charges will be the customer's responsibility
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
13. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
13.1 Geographic Restrictions
- We may not ship to certain remote or high-risk areas
- PO Boxes may not be accepted for large or valuable artwork
- Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to size, value, or material restrictions
13.2 Prohibited Items
- We comply with all shipping regulations regarding prohibited or restricted items
- Certain artwork materials may be subject to shipping restrictions
