Pamandulap Experimental Art Space

Share your creative experiments and connect with fellow artists. What This Space IsExperimental Art at Paninap is a dedicated room for growth — for artists who are still finding their voice, for forms that don't yet have names, and for conversations that challenge what Filipino art is allowed to be. Here, the unfinished is not a flaw. It is the point. An Open InvitationThis wing is intentionally incomplete. We are actively seeking artists, thinkers, and collaborators who are experimenting at the edges — those who ask "Sino tayo?" through paint, pixel, performance, and everything in between. If your work lives in the in-between, this is your room."Hindi pa tapos ang kwento natin."Our story is not yet finished.Interested in contributing to this space? This is a fusion of academic art and abstraction where there is a recognizable figure that shows the academic background in art while intensifying the emotion through abstract details. A fusion of reality and a dream with infinite possibilities. I called this style "paninap".

This is an abstract art where you can still recognize the figure of a woman and the galaxy. This is an abstract style where the discipline from academic art is used in abstraction such as rule of thirds, focal point, hue and saturation, and the contrast of rough and smooth texture. While the academic art and abstract art contrast like posing forces. I believe that any apposing forces can generate great energy for creativity.

Sometimes I feel that my artwork does not belong to any art exhibition. It does not belong to the current era and its energy is not aligned and feels does not belong. I believe that someday there is a right space for my works. then I decided to create this space.
