Danilo Viray is a seasoned visual artist whose career spans decades of international experience and local cultural leadership. Originally from Pangasinan, Danilo has dedicated his life to the philosophy that "Art is the weapon of the progress of success in life." His work is characterized by a disciplined foundation in classical art education combined with the practical, bold execution required of commercial design.


Education & Philosophy

Danilo’s journey began with a "big dream" sparked in childhood, leading him to formalize his passion at one of the Philippines' established technical and artistic institutions.

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts: FEATI University (Class of 1978).

  • Artistic Vision: Danilo views art not merely as decoration, but as a strategic tool for personal and societal advancement.


Core Expertise & Professional Experience

With a career that bridges traditional fine arts and high-stakes commercial production, Danilo offers a versatile skill set:

  • Commercial Artistry: Specialist in layout design and large-scale visual communication.

  • Sign Artistry: Spent five years (1987–1992) in Saudi Arabia, designing and executing professional signage for major amusement parks.

  • Graphic Design: Currently serves as a Layout Artist for Express T-shirt Printing, mastering the intersection of apparel and art.

  • Industrial Design: Experienced Pottery Designer, blending form and function in ceramic arts.

Based in Pampanga, Danilo is a vital contributor to the regional art scene, helping preserve and promote Kapampangan creativity.
